This store refuses to help Sr. Citizens with technology purchases after the fact. The manager will not honor the GMs word to adress an issue. Unreal, expect so much more. Go to Best Buy people.
Ironically, they sell heavy duty STAPLES but if you need light duty staples for your staple gun you need to go to Home Depot. This seems backwards.
They refused to punch some holes for my sons calendar for me. Said it would be Wednesday today Sunday. Crazy!! I was willing to pay for the hole and spiral wire. i will not shop here again. They have lost a good customer. No customer service.
Sufficiently annoyed. I’ve been taking my laminating jobs here for a couple of years now. Walk in this morning to see the two employees working the print station leaning on the counter and having a good time. Guy asks what I need, to which I responded with saying I needed a single item laminated. He said there was a 48 hour wait time because they were so busy, yet they didn’t look busy and machines were obviously not running. I went to go get my labels that I ordered to pick up and pay for them. They wasn't done the guy name Scott had attitude. I had him redo them 3 times due to them not being right. He acted like he didn't have to wait one me. When I was told yesterday my labels by Nick would be ready by tommorw afternoon and they wasn't even done I am really frustrated and ticked off because now I have to wait almost a hour.
