Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had . Went in for a simple color copy , willing to do my own, needed card stock simple white card stock. Entire store was out . The print shop wouldn't even sell me a few to do my copy . Then waited for 15+ minutes for "Justin " to get my lap top . Was called three times ... HE NEVER CAME . Good job stables and keeping up with small business. Oh don't forget my same day order of business cards won't be available till tomorrow .
AWFUL experience at your Brighton, MI store. I asked THREE different employees for help locating an item, to which all three replied that the item wasn’t in their department and they weren’t sure. Finally I asked the cashier, and after wandering around the store for 10 minutes decided to look it up on the computer and saw the item was in fact in stock and concluded it must be in the back stock room, but refused to go look for it because “it would probably be hard to find”. I spent $600 on a Brother MFC9460 laster jet printer...bought their extra service plan on 7/13/11 and as of today 8/8/11 the printer is smoking and the quality is horrible...it is probably just a bad printer, but it's not that they wanted to take care of me at all.
