Sometimes brick and mortar companies DESERVE to go out of business. Ordered a same day stamp for it to not be ready until 9:30 p.m. Came here the next day and asked three employees standing around to pick up my order. They call someone who I stand and wait 5 minutes for to literally just pull my order from behind a counter. Ask that guy if I can pay for my address labels at that counter and he sends me back to the checkout lane where I wait again. I’ll be using Amazon Prime from now on with no shame.

Was told I could not complete a purchase of something that was cash and carry off the shelf basically unless I gave cashier my personal info (name, private phone number, address etc.) Manager was called over and displayed a terrible condescending attitude and told us this is the way EVERYBODY does it these days. Bad customer service and deceptive business practices.
I just spent over ten minutes on hold waiting for two people that gave me answers completely unrelated to the questions I asked. I can't take my printing there, if they can't understand a simple question (and it was simple) how can I expect them to follow instructions? The last order I had done there needed to be redone anyways.
