This lady directed me through the store and payed close attention to me, because after a while when I still couldn't find what I was looking for she was there! Showed me the in store ordering system. Now the binder in the color I wanted comes with free shipping right to my door. I would say, "That was EASY!" Thank you Staples :-)

Don't order banners off the website expecting them to be ready in the same day or next day! Outdoor banners are not printed in house and are sent out, then no one ever notifies you that the banners are ready for pick up. Costly, slow, unhappy customer.
