I have to shout out the Easton location's printing department staff. I ordered business cards this week for an event I was a vendor for on today. Even though I was not satisfied with how my cards looked on Tuesday when I saw them and it took an extra couple of days to correct the issue (including a manager stepping on to solve the problem), my cards were corrected and I was given a full refund! Thank you to Nonni, Ed, Tricia & Makayla at the Easton location for being professional and giving great customer service!!

Wish I was able to leave a rating. Just did my first print center order and went to pick them up (which is out of the way) with my 2 week old. The back of my business cards were printed upside down. They were printed by the store manager! Instead of offering any kind of refund they said they would print them again and I could pick them up at my convenience. Again this is out of the way and I needed those cards for tomorrow morning!!! I am not dragging my little one out in the cold to drive out of our way for a second time to... read more

Staples Easton is the worst!! In the past 2 years I have had 2 occasions to speak to a manager (2 different managers). In each instance the Manager was a smart-aleck and not interested in solving my problem. My most recent issue was a simple return of an external cd player (unopened). I was about a week and a half out of the return date and the manager refused to take it back. I took it to another Staples and they were friendly and took it back - no problem. The customer service was horrible. I had some things I needed laminated and they didn't help. I sent my email and they acted like it wasn't there. Lazy and bad customer service.

Absolutely terrible first day I spent over an hour and 40 minutes waiting for a project that I sent over the day before to be printed came back a second day project still was not completed properly and wasted another hour finally took my business to OfficeMax

I used to go to this location at least once a month and copy about 500 sheets of paper in there self-serve area. Went to local competitor because it got so bad now since they bought their competitor both of them are getting worse had to go back to this location to make once again about 500 copies. Staplers did not work there were nothing as far as supplies as far as pencils rubber bands or whatever I needed in there self-serve area. I just had a terrible experience with the assistant manager. I called ahead to make sure they had an iPad in stock and was told they had two. Upon arriving I was rudely told that they were out of stock all day and that they didn't need to check. Things went downhill from there and I left after being called a smart#@s and an a#$hole. Staples customer service took care of me on the phone in five minutes. Why was the assistant manager more interested in escalating a frustrating experience than solving the problem?
