Great people and friendly, professional environment
I really do miss Office Depot, the customer service was just so much more helpful. Plus the selection of merchandise. Hopefully Yuba City gets a new office supply store one day in the near future.
I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to help me with my printer purchase. I was willing to spend up to $350 for printer and cartridges. Finally I left with no help or printer. Unfortunately, I will be taking my money out of town to make this purchase.
I don't typically even take the time to write a review, but I've been disappointed in this store so many times that I just couldn't resist. The customer service is horrible and the printing center did not get my items printed in time for a work trip that I had out of town. Absolute disappointment. I wish they would open Office Depot back up in Yuba City.
Their employees are not helpful and occasionally rude. Their print/copy center is very slow...if they do the job at all. Taking my business elsewhere.
Epic Fail. Waited 4x longer to pickup online order had I just went and bought the item outright. What's the purpose of online pickup? Cancelled order!
