RecommendedCourteous and helpful staff, all of whom wore masks. However, when it came to customers and customer prospects enforcement of the State of Colorado's mandatory mask order did not happen during my visit. Please don't put compliant customers in harm's way. Risking my life for office supplies gives me pause about a return visit and further dealings with Staples in Pueblo, Colorado.

Tristan helped me in the copy center for 45 minutes and was wonderful, he helped me to find my resume in my laptop and not only print it, but put in a PDF and email it to me !!!
I don't recommend this establishment. I've seen plenty of abuse from the management to employees. Even the new manager seemed nice for a bit but the abuse I heard recently is NOT okay. Almost seems like he's trying to push employees at, and from my experience, it's to put his own boys in. They personally harass employees and discriminate against them and one time, made an employee clean the bathroom without gloves!
I have been going to staples for my print needs for years and now they have an untrained unskilled individual that doesn’t even know how to make a tile print, not only does he lack the needed skills for the job he gets overwhelmed and bounces from person to person without ever completing the first customers order. Went last night when it was empty and he still quoted me almost 20 dollars for 4 prints that cost less than 8 dollars elsewhere. My monitor died an hour before I had to start work (I work from home). Ran to Staples and Grant was VERY helpful in assisting me to choose a new 24" Samsung monitor...and helped me get $50 off the cost by opening a Staples card. I was at work on time! I bought my current computer from them, too, and have been very happy overall.
Very interesting to actually witness a "grab and go" shoplifting! Two hoodlems out the door with some employees after them. Otherwise a good place to shop if you live in Pueblo West.
The staff at Pueblo Staples, went above and beyond. Grateful for their help, and advice, when my home computer wasn't working.
