I give staples a minus 1. Worst service ever. I bought a Dell laptop and paid almost 300.00 for the warranty that guarantees your laptop will be ready to use when you get it home. Six trips later it's finally working, though they still haven't set the right date or time. I am now almost a week behind in school work. I can guarantee you that I will never purchase another product from staples.
A special thanks to Manager Troy Tate and Cashier Zach for the excellent service. I had "rewards" to use and they were very helpful in making sure that I used them on just the products that I needed. Thanks for great customer service.
