I have purchased dozens of on sale USB thumb drives over the years and none have failed yet. If one did I’d just exchange it or get a refund. If I lost important data, well, I wouldn’t because I do multiple backup locations including the cloud. Bottom line, the employees are awesome and super helpful.
Yesterday I bought a 128G usb drive. Today it failed and took 10G's of data with it. Kinda explains why it was on sale. They're trying to get rid of crap, that isn't worth shit. I will NEVER shop at Staples again.
