I took my laptop in for repair. It was in working condition. It needed a virus removed. Came back the next day to pick up a repaired laptop only to hear that it wouldn’t turn on at all for them. Yet it was on when I left. They gave me a different cord and removed the internal piece that covers the prongs where the power cord connects. Of course they won’t admit any of this. I don’t recommend staples repair in Dover DE. I won’t be returning to Staples for anything at this point.
Called ahead to make sure they could meet my need, given incorrect information and didn't t even get an apology!!! Will never go there again..
Tried to return new unopened HP printer with receipt after 17 days. Staples refused and told me to contact HP. Called Staples Corp and was given same story. No more Staples and no more HP for me!! Total BS!!
I desired to return printer cartridges because the intended printer was broken, and not out of ink. My college kid threw the box away, which made Staples hesitant to return the cartridges. Ultimately, they made good on the return. Great job, and much appreciated!
