Last evening, Mr. Howell, the general manager waited on us as we were looking at printers for our home. I went into the store at 10am to have business cards printed. I was told by the sales associate they were guaranteed to be done by 8:30pm that day. At 8pm that same evening I had not heard anything so I called. I was told by the sales associate on the phone that the manager was just getting ready to call me to let me know their printer doesn't print on business card paper very well so it was sent to their production center instead and it "should" be done by the next day.
