DON'T TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The store itself is very clean and well laid out. I actually intended to purchase items here along with the service, but the service was so poor I'll be getting those items at a competitor. I brought 8 pieces of hand drawn original artwork by myself for clients (value $320) for 10mil lamination as my personal laminator only goes to 5mil.
