RecommendedI love the Staples in Raynham, particularly the Print and Marketing Department where I do a majority of my purchases. Elizabeth, the manager, is phenomenal and does not disappoint. Her team is always so willing to help too. Highly recommend doing print services with them!

So today, i had to print something out for my friends babyshower. The young man in the printing section was very helpful in many ways. One starting off as soon as i got there gave my son paper and pen to draw to keep entertained for the few minutes which i didn’t even ask. Which is a huge deal because come on a 4 year old?! We all know they can be in a store. After getting to know the store manager of this location Maria Barron-Rowley and Printing Manager Amanda during their numerous outreach visits to the local business community, I am more impressed with this store than ever. The biggest thing I have learned is that Staples has a price matching policy. Where I may have bought items previously at other big box chains, this store has more of the feel of a local business. I bought a pair of headphones here for my trip to GA. About a week later when on my way to I pulled them out of the case and they were broken. Had to stop at a rest stop and purchase new ones. I was already on my way to GA and couldn't turn around. When we returned from our trip, I went to return them and they wouldn't let me because of a (2week) return limit. Line of people waiting at copy center. Young man working it was wonderful. He handed the line, the constantly ringing phone, and the person in self serve copy without losing his cool. Shame on the manager standing around....MAKE YOURSELF USEFULL AND HELP!
