RecommendedDuring this time of change for everyone this staples follows regulations. I visited around 5:15ish today (Jun 21st Sun) and I was greeted in a friendly way. The person working at the copy center was respectful and engaged with a quick fun conversation with me. They helped me out with a purchase. The person at check out was also nice and friendly. I entered the store at a great time because I got to interact with those nice employees 😊
To that idiot following me around you’re a clown sir. I don’t steal!! Instead of asking if I needed help which I could have used some you rather see if I’m stealing. They have employees calling customers LIARS when they are the ones who screw up as well as yelling at them cause they did it "right" when they IGNORED how the customer told them to do it. A department manager who also calls the customer a LIAR and is extremely rude nor wants to do her job. A general manager who REFUSES to return phone call. An assistant manager who knows nothing about what is going on in there store and refuses to give the district managers information. Had my cell phone screen replaced because I broke it. They used aftermarket replacement and now I cannot see it the sunlight with my polarized sunglasses on. Went back twice, spoke to the manager Dave, who after a week, still hasn't called me back. Emailed the corporate office. Must be so overwhelmed with complaints because I haven't heard from them either. $99.00 down the drain. Now will have to pay a real IPhone repair shop to put the right screen on it! SCAM! Taking all my personal and small business needs somewhere else!
This place is an absolute joke for customer service, they can't handle a simple order via their own website, which they promote to make it easy, they don't answer their phones, they have an excuse for everything except being able to deliver a product. The make it easy slogan is a joke, should be make it easier to go elsewhere.

Computer repairs..don't go there. Do Not take your computer to Staples in Seabrook NH to be repaired. I still havent' learned. I was scammed for the third time by techs that don't know what they're doing, or talking about; they also come and go every few months..They removed a virus that wasn't there, charged $139. then "by the way" needs a hard drive.
