I am so angry at Staples right now. My son's lap top monitor fell apart because a screw came out. They are calling it accidental damage. I guess poor craftsmanship by a manufacture is now called accidental damage. I will never shop or buy another thing from Staples, I have had bought 4 Toshiba laptops from other stores and never had a problem with them. I have had nothing but problems with this laptop. First the power port failed twice, and now the monitor trim is broke because a screw fell out. They are saying it is damage?... read more
