Very high printing costs and the representative at the printing counter was rude. Use Fedex Office instead.
Usually people is really nice and polite. Unfortunately I felt today they don’t like immigrants at that place.

Worst customer service of any retailer I have ever been to. Their machines were down and they did very little to rectify the situation and blamed bad weather.
Staples shipping center is a disgrace.... This is the second time I have sent a package using their UPS service and twice they have lost my package.... � #UPS claims that it’s a staples error and they aren’t responsible... Staples seems to busy to care... Shipped an iPhone (showed proof) and now that it’s lost they say that the insurance will only cover $100... of a $600+ Phone. ������
