I had a terrible experience with this store. I was shopping for a chair and found one. They convinced me to purchase it online and get it shipped free to my house. I get an email stating it will be shipped but it states unavailable. I call customer service and they state it is unavailable and that my order is cancelled. I call the store and they state that they only have one left and it is "probably" the floor model and they can't sell it. The End!
