Worst customer service ever! Save your time and go to Office Depot/Max!
The girl in the business center couldn’t even be bothered to turn around to address me when I asked for help sending a fax. I also had some other things to buy but I chose to go to Office Depot instead, where I was asked if I needed help three times in my less than 10 minute visit. Office Depot rules!
These 5 stars are for Vincent in the Copy Print Center at your Midland store!! I tried to place an order online for a rush job for my boss who was traveling in TX. After lots of problems with the online ordering system not going through, and his other big rush job that he had to do by himself, Vincent really went above and beyond to keep in contact with me and get my small -- but really important -- job done.
