I came in 10m to close this evening needing some things printed last minute. One of your gracious employees printed and cut my items and gave great customer service while doing so. I was having a horrible day and experience with other printing places earlier in the night and was beyond gracious for Staples and your wonderful employee. His kindness was a breath of fresh air and helped to renew my faith in the humanity. Thank you!!
I am beyond frustrated with this Staples. I brought in a price match receipt from another staples that had honored an Amazon deal, even though it had sold out on Amazon at the time my friend made the purchase. I was told they would not honor it. I then turned to staples online, and received the same reply. I have several receipts from staples across the country that honored the price match. Get your act together. The policy should be applied consistently with no room for interpretation and application.
