Not an easy experience – I have an old computer that had crashed. I had a ton of pictures and music on my computer that I didn't want to lose. I called Staples EasyTech computer repair service and wsa told to bring it in for them to diagnose. I paid the $179 bucks and they kept it for a week. When I called asking about my computer they had trouble locating it. WTF?? After a couple of days and a few harassing phone calls they finally find my PC.
