My fiancé and I came to the staples print shop expecting to waste some sticker label pages figuring out if our addresses fit in the labels correctly. Instead, Paul helped us out and told us which labels we needed and made sure they fit correctly. He then saved the changes he made on our usb stick for us. He really went the extra mile and made what I thought would be a stressful process, extremely painless. He is an asset to your store, and made repeat customers out of us! Thanks again Paul! (Somebody give him a raise! 💰💰)
Went there lose to closing time and felt bad about doing it two days in a row but I apologized when I walked into the print area. The young lady at the print area and the cashier were both amazing! I was truly delighted with their outstanding customer service. It's people like that we need more of!
Usually they are better than this, I dropped off an order to be laminated at 2pm Thursday expecting to pick it up that evening. As of 10am today it is STILL not ready. Order number 2078994716. Also in the email the order date is wrong, I dropped it off on Thursday February 11th at 2:22 pm (I have the receipt, I paid in advance). The pickup was suppose to be later that evening (the 11th).
I am with specially there so called mail in rebate, fill out all the information on line and all I received was: unfortunately , we could not honor your request.....PLEASE RESUBMIT THE INFORMATION WHICH I DID TWICE ALREADY what a scam....
