I was in the store shopping when an employee approached me and told me I couldn’t shop there unless I put a mask on. Even with a medical exemption. Won’t patronize this store again.
I would not recommend the Holland, MI location for printing services. the first gentlemen I spoke with earlier this week was very helpful and informative. Today I went into the store and was first helped by a lady who didn't seem to know what she was doing then the manager who made everything very confusing and also quoted me over $75 to cut documents. i had to ask him the same question about 4 times and he would contradict what he had just said moments before then go on to answer the question the same way. Terrible customer service. Employees are SO rude, ESPECIALLY in the copy center.
I stop in this morning to print a menu, on top of feeling very discriminated because of the color of my skin I patiently still waited for over an hour for manager to come and take care of the issue and an hr later all she did was walk over to tell me that their computer was down.. I wish they would have just told me that from the minute I walked in instead of wasting my time. I walked into kinkos within minutes I had a menu on my hand.. NEVER AGAIN STAPLES
After standing in the networking aisle for about 10 minutes, 3 different times someone walked by the aisle, and was NEVER asked if I needed help or anything. The staff were able to chat about parties and outside work things however, and quite loudly.
