Very disapointing� This store is the dirtiest I have ever been in. No one smiles, everyone must hate working there. If you need them to do a few hundred copy’s there’s an extra charge if they do it right then. If you want to make another trip tomorrow it’s cheaper.� I get it if they are busy and have lots of jobs going on but it’s ridiculous if they they don’t. What ever happened to customer service?
Huge thank you to Rob in the copy center. I needed a project done for a presentation at the last minute...I was panicking. ..he said, "browse. ..for a couple...I will take care of this." He did-presentation was a success....THANK YOU ROB!
i placed a order for next day delivery for ink for my printer, i paid for it in the store, and the next day i get a call telling me it going to be another day now i was guaranteed by the manager that i would have it next day well 2 days later i get a call and they tell me i have to wait till tuesday now which will be 6 days to wait ,well after 3 days i cancelled my order and now they tell me i have to wait for an email confirming its cancelled. they are poorley managed stores they need to keep up on there stocking of product... read more
