They offer expediting printing for a fee. They typically can’t honor that as they are too busy. I wish Office Max was still in Greece. I printed weekly there and they always made it work. I’ll be happy to spend more money at UPS or MinuteMan to be treated nicely and have the job done when I need it.
I went in this weekend with my husband and I could not make a purchase with my credit/debit card because their systems do not work properly. I had to leave my items behind because I did not have cash on me. I think you need to update the systems so you don't keep losing sales.
I went to your store to make a copy and had 2 small children with me. Went into your restroom to change them and there was NO changing table!!!! The room was large enough to have one. Luckily I had 2 mats to put on floor along with a blanket to change them. They are not that expensive and easy to install. I won’t be going back and I will be telling all of the women in my mom group on Facebook.
Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere. They'll keep you waiting for 30 minutes to print one sheet. My cat could've shit it out faster than them.
