Had some excellent customer service today at Staples print shop. Thank you Kaitlin for helping my mom with printing, signing and emailing a real estate contract. Above and beyond service and a very nice person!
They order the wrong item. I had already paid. I brought it to their attention and they agreed they made a mistake. 4 hours and 4 days later I finally got the item I ordered and when it came to refunding me the money difference they said you paid with a check so we can only give you “credit” that MUST be spent at staples only. See how that worked. They just got a free $21.00. Highway robbery. Go somewhere else folks. They didn’t even offer an additional % off for all the headaches and delays that is all their fault!
