$2.29 a page to send a long distance fax? SERIOUSLY?!?! If I had chosen to go through with my very important fax it would have cost me FIFTY dollars. Absolutely ridiculous and should be considered theft. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. How dare you take advantage of your customers like this!
Your cashier accused me of giving her fraudulent copied coupons!!! I explained to her that she could just check the codes to verify they were all different but she still said it looked like I copied them! She also didn't understand coupon terminology at all, arguing that I couldn't use my coupons. When I tried to explain the difference of 'one per purchase vs one per transaction', she said it didn't matter because she doesn't have to do coupons often anyway. Will no longer be getting by copy's, prints or banners made here anymore. Been a customer for 5 yrs and have had to come back numerous times for errors in my orders.
