rude customer service at printing and faxing area
I was trying to get one hour pick up for a couple of items. I was logged into my business account which gave me significant discounts. 2 of my items would be $3.97 each but the stapler I wanted wasn’t available for one hour pick up so I decided to go to the store for the 3 items. When I got there I found my items, however, because I wasn’t logged into my account I had to pay $14.99 for the 2 items I should have gotten for around $8.00. Staples is one of my favorite places - but last night we needed to print some pages for my daughters class assignment and after waiting a few minutes for the woman to acknowledge us we went and figured things out for ourselves. The sales person was so unbelievably rude. She was cutting out shamrocks and could NOT be bothered with answering any questions. I have been in that store 3 times now..and they NEVER have anyone to help you! ! The man at the counter was rude to me and was just talking shit to some man, and wouldn't even help me when I asked a question about printer ink. I will not step foot in that store again!!
