To save time and avoid a 30 minute drive, I called the Asheville, Merimon ave store and the store manager said they had two dsl modems in stock that would work for us and to come over. Drove over, only to find out that she didn't actually check the shelf and she didn't have any in stock. Sorry, was it. She offered, no solution other than to drive over to Greenville, SC and didn't even offer to check that store for us.
Well, I was overjoyed to find a Moleskin planner for 10$! Got home and I noticed it said 2016?! Please tell me the point of putting last year's planners on sale? Smh
Please tell me what your policy is on repair work that was done to my laptop. Brought it in yo the Asheville store on 8/12 to have viruses removed. Not its behaving the same way as it did before.... Hoping that I do not have to shell out 159.99 again.
I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and people just keep "transferring" me. NOT happy!
