Worst customer service experience in a LONG time at their print center. Not only would the lady working it not help me at all figure out the self serve printer with computer. Before hearing what I needed done, which was 12 pages of color copies printed, she informed my mother and I it would be later this afternoon before she could do any printing...... Dont waste your time. Just hateful.
Ridiculous lack of urgency in the business solution area regarding business cards. Also I really hate not being greeted when walking up to the service counter which forces me to engage first. Being a staples more account holder I would expect much more customer service to say the least... Very disappointing!
I am a former staples employee of this location, store manager Todd is refusing to hire employees and also refusing to re-hire former employees using the excuse of you are not a "good fit" do not take your complaint to District Manager John Hill he will refuse to listen, you need to call the corporate switchboard at staples corporate in Boston, MA, to get this addressed ASAP,
Awful, awful, awful customer service. Please do something.
