Went there to print out tickets for my daughter to go to the play tomorrow. Got home. Looked at them and instead of printing one of each the lady printed two of the same ticket. I’m happy I looked at them closer before tomorrow. I called and was told they were closing soon to come in tomorrow. That’s great. So now I have to rush around tomorrow and waste more gas. Smh. Decided to use staples for shipping our transmissions for cars and trucks. The box is 90lbs and huge. We were assured it would be okay to ship and did the necessary paperwork. Guess what... It never made it to the ups truck. After a week of argueing with staples employees and managers so far we are just going to try our luck in court. 47 out of 48 packages that day made it to the UPS truck and the most expensive biggest one didn't (ours). Called store to ask what colored copies cost for my business and specified double sided. Got a price which was good. Then went right there within 10 minutes ordered 75 copies for my business and then was told price is 3x more then quoted. I then spoke to a manager and basically they said sorry whoever answered phone informed you wrong. Well another words too bad... Won't go here again!
Love this store! They have everything for my small business. Excellent service. Everyone is always willing to help you find what you need!
