Apparently the Staples in Ithaca can't follow simple directions, and resorts to rudeness (from the manager, no less) and blaming others instead accepting responsibility. Take your business elsewhere.
My experience yesterday was not the best. A lot of wasted time at the copy center. I wish the girl had listened to me first time. Inexperienced. Nice girl but she wasted my time. Today I went back only this time I went to the Geneva Staples and my copy experience was much better.
