I was told they were too busy to help me over the phone so I would have to come in. Why did they bother to answer the phone then? I came in just to wait ten minutes while the manager was on hold to no avail. Isn't that something I could have waited at home and taken care of..wasted two gallons of gas for nothing.
I was told what I needed for a price match.. Came back the next day with what I needed and the manager was so rude when informing me I was incorrect. a simple explanation would have been nice but I was such and inconvenience to her she was so rude I hope I don't have to go back ever.
