Yesterday I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Christopher. His customer service skills are exceptional. Staples is not particularly known for having the best prices however they do price match. I will gladly be returning for my future purchases because of the wonderful buying experience I had with this gentleman.
Teresa is hands down the rudest person I have ever made contact with. Don't have a question to ask. She will answer as if she can't believe you don't know the answer to her job. The poor old lady in front of us was being talked to like she was an idiot and such a bother. I'm visiting my mother from out of state. She informed me this rude employee is always like that. Externally disappointed
You used to be my go for office supplies.... Today I left pissed off.... Why is a debit/credit card required to make one copy of an email. I spoke with store managers and no effort to help..... You really dropped the ball---I have been a customer for more than 10 years---feel totally let down
I received terrible customer service when I went in to make copies. I was also disappointed that they don't even make the copies for you, you do it yourself and then get charged an outrageous price for them. When I had questions, I was completely ignored. Not a great experience.
