Had a computer issue and they solved it. Friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond to solve the issue.
Was under the impression they had what I needed for printing purposes and would have everything the next day, but they didn’t have the stand and said it would take a week. I usually come to Staples as my number one choice, not anymore.

Best customer service! Karma (yes her name is Karma) went out of her way to make sure I was a satisfied customer after having problems with an HP printer I had purchased there. HP corporate was ridiculously difficult to communicate with when I tried to send the product back. Karma went over and beyond, after she herself also had difficulties with HP on fixing my issue. I was NOT pleased by the rude cashier who wouldn't let my college aged daughter buy her own penny items, along with other things, because we had our stuff in the same basket. He said there was a household limit of one per day set of specials! Even when asked what was the difference of going out to the car and coming back in , he said then ID would be asked for!!' Staples in Midland is horrible at getting product made on a timely matter. Said anything ordered before 2pm should be done in 4 hrs. I ordered few business cards at 10 or 11am and it's not 3pm and they told me another 45 min. The workers then stood there telling stories and then one went to break. The customer service is horrible and they don't ask you if you need help or explain what's going on as I stood here over an hr waiting. Don't recommend this place.
