Terrible store with a bad habit of advertising products they don't have. I have gone into the Albany, Oregon location more times than I can count, ready to buy and every single thing I want to buy is not available. Want to buy a computer you see there? Sorry, out of stock but can be ordered. Want to buy a desk? Sorry, out of stock but can be ordered. This place is worthless, save your time and just order what you want on Amazon and get it quicker than Staples can get it. What a disappointment,

Thank you Scott, a new Easy Tech employee, who helped me with some pretty simple stuff but when you don't know what you don't know you really need someone who does know. I was very happy with Scott taking the time to help me and then doing a great job handing me off as he was heading out the door. I came in to get school supplies and exchange my son's binder which we purchased with a lifetime warranty. When I purchased it I was told that they could be exchanged for any reason not just if they tear or break. The salesperson told me "even if we didn't like the color". Today I was exchanging both for a different color AND because they had ripped, there were two.
