After years of using their printing services, we went in to have a few copies printed up. We were told we'd have to wait an hour. No problem, we'll use the self service. That printer wouldn't accept their card. So, instead of making room for a good repeat customer, and take 30 seconds to print four 8.5x11 (standard letter) copies, when NO printers were running jobs, they said come back in an hour. Good thing Office Depot was close, they'll be getting our business in the future.

I went in to get poster board and markers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The person I dealt with told me where to find the my supplies. I asked for the form for a rewards and the clerk helped me with the paperwork. I have shopped there before and the staff has always been helpful ANF courteous
The first problem is their way understaffed. The second problem is a number of their machines were broken. The other problem was the girl kept taking other people in front of me after she had taken my order. Not telling me that she didn't know how to run the only machine that worked. Then another guy came and said he would take care of it.
