Worst customer service ever experienced. Employees were extremely lazy and disrespectful with exception of one.
I just want to take a minute and thank the guys from Staples for helping me with my computer, HhGregg and Geek Squad didn't even attempt to help me, in fact Geek Squad basically told me I was "F@$#&" that I needed to wipe my entire computer and start over, so Jeff from Staples....Thank you.

I think they are extremely expensive in comparison to some other stores. I have a problem with them always being out of stock, especially on my printer ink.
