I had a great experience at Staples today. Nick was professional and patient as he helped me troubleshoot a large copying issue that I needed ASAP. I definitely would come back to Staples for printing needs!
What a joke!!!! Why advertise services that you do not perform? Plus this store is filthy and stinks
Had two conversations with a young lady who acted like she didn't want to be bothered over the phone. Brought in one thin book to get the spine cut off and coil bound. Easy stuff. (I've been in the printing business for 35 years.) I know it would take 4-5 minutes. I've done thousands of them. The guy in the print area was standing there watching pages pop out of a medium size Xerox machine. It was Sunday around noon and I was the only customer in the store.
