If the man checking us out today didn’t want to be there, he should have stayed home. Extremely rude and absolutely no eye contact. Before the transaction was complete, I mentioned my reward points. He told me too late. Only words he muttered the entire transaction. So rude. There are other places to shop other than Port Huron.

had a bad experience with getting copies made, employee told me that there was nowhere else in town that made copies. wrong sir speedy by caseys near old downtown. great service and half the price that staples. give them a try. I will never shop at staples again. employee was rude
I love Staples. They always have any office needs as well as electronics. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful.
Sara was extremely helpful in a purchase I just made. I was struggling to order a Privacy Filter for my monitor online (as I am a Canadian customer); & she gave me a couple of suggestions for a work around - but then said very genuinely; "don't worry - you will get it one way or another. If this doesn't work please call me back & we will get it ordered for you".
