I purchased a laptop, printer, monitor etc. I also purchased their IT help. IT help desk made the problem a thousand times worse and speaking to HP help desk is nearly impossible. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ADDITIONAL PLANS THEY SELL!!!

Kudos to Mike and Kolby and any other tech specialist that helped us this week. We had a hard drive in a laptop crash on us. These guys were able to retrieve about 98% of the 219gb of data when they installed a new hard drive. They were prompt and personable. Thank you so much guys!
Giving Staples print shop a one star review. Was told making 80 copies & lamination would take five days and close to $200. I wouldn't have minded except the girl was NOT proficient at any sort of customer service. Maybe me telling her that me and my three year old could have it done in 30 minutes didn't help. Bad customer service....bad attitude. My business is going elsewhere.
