Worst costumer service I've ever recieved! You're doing yourselves an extreme disservice, as a company, having employees like good ole, Matt, representing you. That man is extremely rude, condescending, and has absolutely zero people, or communication, skills. I will never do business, or attempt to do business here again.
I was in there to buy a printer. The sales associate started out being helpful but then just kept going and going. I thanked him numerous amounts of times trying to wrap up the "speel". I even told him that I waned my husbands help as well but he just kept going. I finally got to my husband and he firmly told him no thank you. Recently, I stopped by to see what types of shipping boxes they have. Richard and a very nice lady who rang up my purchase was great at assisting me find the shipping boxes I would need for my business. Both of them really went "above and beyond", and I appreciated their great customer service. I would definitely recommend this store and will be doing business with them again! Thank You!
