I will never shop Staples again. Yesterday I called and spoke to an employee about having 2 items printed and made in to transparences. I was told their machines were down but I would be able to stop in the next day and have the order complete. I submitted my 2 page order online (this morning - 9am) to have it printed this afternoon. I arrived at Staples around 12:30. The attendant in the copy center first told me that she did not have my order in the system. creepy and unprofessional, glad you asked. One weird man thought I pocketed something, I did, my OWN post card. He literally followed my from 8 feet, and walkie-talkied the checkout gal who asked HIM if "she should 'do' anything". so: accuse me, or be NICE, they just suck, simple. "That's Creepy!"

I've been using Staples for over a dozen years. Their efficiency rating has plummeted to ground level. I recently had my laptop in for virus removal. When I got my unit back, nearly everything was missing, including the little piece that plugs into a usb port to enable my wireless mouse to function. The few sales people don't seem to have a clue. I am just a pc user, not particularly technically competent, but when talking with a tech support (?) person I don't feel confident in their qualifications. I'm going elsewhere for ... read more
