I have to give a big shot out to John from the print services at Staples. I printed invitations there last week and was so impressed with his customer service that we went back again tonight. They were super busy with orders and initially thought the job would be done tomorrow afternoon sometime. I just got a call that they finished tonight. Management treats cashiers like crap... I quit cause if a manager is going to come by the register when you're working and ringing up customers and start throwing things away and swearing calling you an idiot, I don't want to work for a manager that acts like a child.
If you want customer service staples is NOT the place!!!! Bought a laptop from them a couple months ago had a issue they offered to diagnose for 160 dollars. Took it to Best Buy they not only diagnosed But remedied the problem at NO CHARGE and were very pleasant. Will never shop at staples again!!
Horrible service. wont honor orders, claim never received yet still charge the card. Poor service.
