RecommendedI went in to have my vaccine card copied and laminated. The clerk reduced the size to fit in my wallet and did a fantastic job laminating it. Best of all....no charge! Classy place!
Do not take your phone in for repair. They do a hack job. My screen cracked within a week and they basically said it was down to me and they would not do anything to help. Total rip off with staff who have zero knowledge of screen repair. Very disappointed in the integrity of this store.
We were in there this past Sunday. We had to hunt around for someone to help us with a computer purchase .i never got the kids name. There was no hi, Thankyou, how can I help or do you need anything else. The service was horrible. The staff member was only interested in getting us outta there ASAP. Not to mention there were no smiles.
JT saved us! We were looking for a very specific school planner that worked great last year (high school). After we looked over the entire store 3 times we decided to ask one more staff member. Not only was JT knowledgeable (he understood our painful description of what we were looking for) he also took the time to walk with us and find it! Thank you JT! As a local business owner I sincerely value great client care. You, Sir, receive 5 stars from me today!!
