Derek, the manager at the Carlsbad location, went out of his way to assist me with a Staples app problem. He was very friendly and helpful. I always go to this Staples for all of my home office supplies. I also love their current Easy Rewards program.
Found exactly what I was looking for. Great price. Quick service. Easy in store pickup.
I went to this store to buy a pencil sharpener. The price on it said $8.49. When I took it to the cash register I was charged $14.99. I went back and checked the price and it was $8.49. The woman who handled the transaction was very cold and she did not apologize to me for my inconvenience due to their mistake. They need to learn about good customer service here or they won't be in business very long.
