Enjoyed my visit nice and courteous employees where you going and happy to assist me in every way
I went in because my computer fell and when it feel the charger piece broke off into the charging port. After calling HP and finding out that my warranty expired, they directed me to this Staples. Brandon in the tech area helped me out and he was great! He definitely went above and beyond in trying to fix this problem and I really appreciate that. He was very genuine in wanting to help me. So if you ever go here, ask for him. Thank you Brandon!
