Needed 2 small (6"x9")signs laminated by themselves. 1.) I was charged a fee because I was waiting. There was NO ONE else in line. It took the kid literally 30 seconds to do. 2.) It took him 30 seconds and my stuff is ruined. Bubbles, mismatched sizes for laminating. I asked for the signs to be centered, nope, they're right at the corner of the plastic. 🙄 Should have driven across town to Office Max/Depot. They haven't messed the signs up before plus the plastic was thicker and better quality. Oh and no waiting fee.
Walked into the store at 7:45pm needing something printed. No one was in line to have anything printed but they refuse to do it because they closed in 15 minutes and had already shut everything down. When a store says it Closes at 8 PM it should not close before 8 PM.
I've been here for over 40 mins looking for a printer & NO ONE has offered help. I'll take pics of the 2 that interest me & purchase elsewhere!
Luis and Craig were awesome, got exactly what I needed, done right, the first time!
Not opening before 9:00am doesn't help me when I need to run in andpick up somethng for my office...which opens at 9:00am.
