I am on a campaign thru Facebook to tell my story about buying a product from you and being stuck with it...it's working...I guess you don't know my popularity status..it is quite high...I am a poet, and write an editorial ever morning... I already have a group of friends that are going to Office Depot for their supplies...you sold me a product and then said it was $110.00 to put it together...I'll assure you, you will be the loser here...not me..Happy Easter...I hope God forgives you because I certinly will not...
New Manager Mark O'Malley did an awesome customer service job for me today. He was spot on, energetic, and very knowledeable . Did not have one product in stock and made arrangements to have it delivered on Tuesday...plus the paper I bought was a BOGO and I was unaware when I decided to buy it...this is great service! Definately will be back!
Poor customer service. Lost a big sale today.
