If you expect any help from the Printing Department think again. I stood there for 10 minutes before a manager had to tell the 2 girls 3 times that they had a customer. Then they were unwilling to help at all after I was told over the phone they would. Tryrd to talk to a manager none available. called and sat on hold for a 1/2 hour with no answer!
I am recommending not to ask for help from someone in the copy section, wish i caught her name!! The other lady helped me though! Oh my goodness had to get some copies at staples and wanted to add money to express card so I could use self serve copiers and the woman at the counter would not even change my twenty for smaller bills?? She was so rude!! said just load it and then a manager ( which I would have had to wait for ) would give me the leftover off of it?? She couldn’t just change a twenty?? Be careful what you take to the Staples location… They lost my order And the original which is replaceable!!
Excellent staff in print copy center.. lovely ladies were very helpful, polite and quick!! I m so happy I can come here and print my photos!!! Hate Walmart!! Thank you for the wonderful customer service. Give those ladies a raise!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay away! Incompetent tech and given the wrong information. Did not give me back the hard drive from my old computer. Lost all data forever just because I purchased a new laptop there.
