Placed an order online for some Moleskin notebooks not sold in the stores, the order was placed at 1pm and as of now at 9:16pm the order has still not processed and of course the "help desk" is closed so I cannot cancel the order. It should not take over 8 hours to process an order. Especially when the website and email both said it would be ready to pick up in an hour. When i called the "help desk" after waiting 6 hours I was given the run around saying "it is the system" "please extend your patience for a few more hours". ... read more
Be careful purchasing computers from Staples. Not once but twice have been sold a used computer. Previous owners info was still on it. Disgusting.. Getting the run around from the corporate office.Next step is the FTC and BBB and the media.
